I usually use a black oval punch and try to use a white uniball.. but I cant get the color (blue, green, etc) of the actual eye for anything! They are easy to use and cheap to buy. Try that! But the blue uniball sounds like an idea. I only have 1 oval punch and have never seen any in different sizes than the one I have. You can get different colors and get sheets of them at a time. I love them. Plus...it saves a lot of time. I still cut the eye in black cardstock but paint on the white and blue and it looks more realistic!!
